The new user notification process has been intermittent over the last few weeks and I have not been notified. At this point only two accounts have been affected and has been resolved.

Problem that I thought was previously resolved, wasn't. Basically, Gmail instituted a spam filter which dumps all the emails to the spam folder. The end result is that I've lost a bunch of new registrations. So, if you are still waiting for account approval, please register again as I will be watching for new activations a lot more closely.
